Series

8 p.m. (CBS) "How I Met Your Mother." It's hard to complain about network cross-promotion and synergy, especially when it involves Heidi Klum, Marisa Miller, Alessandra Ambrosio, Miranda Kerr, Selita Ebanks and Adriana Lima, but that's exactly what this episode is - a promo. The episode revolves around Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) going to a Victoria's Secret after-party to see if he can get his manly magic back. No surprise, CBS will air the Victoria's Secret fashion show Dec. 4, not that we're complaining or anything.

8 (TLC) "Little People, Big World." The Roloff family in tonight's episode heads to Abaco, a tiny island in the Bahamas, as a way to get some relief from the stresses of their farm and life at home. Undoubtedly, a bit of family drama begins in this episode and continues on in future shows.

9 (ABC) "Samantha Who?" Eddie Cibrian, who spent time on "Third Watch" and "Invasion," turns up tonight as a contractor, set up on a blind date with Samantha (Christina Applegate) - her first since getting amnesia. Also guest-starring in this episode is Kiele Sanchez, last seen on "Lost" and the WB's canceled-too-soon drama "Related."

9 (NBC) "Heroes." There's a lot going on in this drama, which hasn't generated the buzz or ratings of a year ago. Tonight, Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) travels to Primatech Paper in Texas with his new friend to destroy the virus, which he is left to believe will kill 93% of the world's population. Also, Niki (Ali Larter) goes to Micah (Noah Gray-Cabey) with bad news. Wow, and that's just part of it.
