According to reports, Adriana Lima was spotted watching the This Is Burlesque show at Corio in the New York City last Friday night. The Victoria's Secret Angel went to the racy show after she wrapped a shoot of her own show that day. It must quite refreshing to be the one watching, eh Adriana?

In other news, CBS announced last October 29 that a sextet of Victoria's Secret models will be guest starring on the November 26 episode of "How I Met Your Mother". With Adriana Lima are Heidi Klum ("Project Runway"), Miranda Kerr, Alessandra Ambrosio ("Entourage"), Marisa Miller and Selita Ebanks ("Still Standing"). In the said episode, Barney is worried he might be losing his mojo until he wangles an invite to the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show after-party. Victoria’s Secret girls are once again in the news after the lingerie company and the airline Virgin America officially announced their alliance this week. Six of the world’s sexiest supermodels -- Adriana Lima , Karolina Kurkova, Selita Ebanks, Izabel Goulart, Alessandra Ambrosio and Australian Miranda Kerr – will be carried by Virgin’s exclusive plane from New York to Los Angeles for the annual Victoria’s Secret show on November 15.

Adriana Lima is famous not just for being a VS Angel but also for her statement to GQ last year that she planned to be celibate until her wedding night, despite that millions of men have already seen her almost naked. She shared, “They have to respect that this is my choice. If there's no respect, that means they don't want me.” And because of her statement, Adriana has inspired other young women to be celibate. UCLA student Kate Jones told FOXNews.com, “Thanks to Adriana Lima, all my friends and I are advocating chastity. First spotted while shopping at a local mall, 13-year-old Adriana Lima joined a Ford Supermodel of Brazil model search and finished 1st in the competition. In 1996, she competed in the Ford Supermodel of the World contest and placed 2nd. In the next year, she landed a contract with Elite Model Agency and subsequently packed for New York.

Under her new agent, Adriana scored a campaign for the fashion label Anna Molinari. She also managed to work with the world's top photographers like Steven Meisel, Patrick Demarchelier, Peter Lindbergh and Ellen von Unwerth and appeared in several fashion and women magazines including Vogue (Italy) and Harper's Bazaar in 1997, Vogue (UK), I-D (UK), Marie Claire (Brazil), and Vogue (Italy) in 1998. She followed it up with the next year's appearances in Vogue (U.S., Germany, UK) and Marie Claire (Italy).
